Tims Kamloops Coffee Shop Inc dba Tim Hortons – Kamloops, BC
Locations:
1723 E Trans Canada Hwy, Kamloops, BC V2C 3Z6 – 1 vacancy

Wage: $25.00/hour, 35-40 hours per week.

Optional medical group benefits after 6 months
Additional bonuses:
1) Night Attendance bonus of $2/hour, this is provided after proper training period is over to be able to do night shift.
2) Laundry funds of $0.04/hour is paid out every paycheck to keep uniforms clean and hygienic
3) Discretionary Christmas bonus may be given out
Languages: English
Education: Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food and beverage service management, business; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in food service, including supervisory experience.
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a Tim Hortons franchise restaurant
• Implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for private use.
