The Opportunity

Our Coastal GasLink Team is looking to add an experienced Administrative Associate to support our operations in Prince George, BC.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this role supports a wide range of day-to-day activities, coordinating with others to address departmental or interdepartmental tasks, and becoming a go-to for department information and support.

What you’ll do

Provide primary support to Coastal GasLink Operations Managers and Technicians
Work independently to develop various materials (presentations, reports, communications, etc.)
Responsible for activities in Business Fleet Program, Training/Learning, Emergency Management, Community Investment/Public Awareness
Provide meeting support, including minute-taking, for Leadership Team meetings
Manage travel bookings, expenses, subscriptions, and other records for Operations
Plan and coordinate team events, activities, and volunteering opportunities
Manage workforce, system, and onboarding/offboarding logistics for personnel
Organize and maintain departmental data, files, and digital materials
Prepare data analysis, scorecards, correspondence, and presentations
Identify process inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements
Assist with departmental budget preparation, monitoring, and review
Process vendor invoices, requisitions, and employee reimbursements
Maintain employee training profiles and provide ad-hoc recognition support
Handle sensitive/confidential information in a professional manner
Provide support on various company programs and systems
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
6 years of related experience in a financial, business or operations analyst (or equivalent) role
Exceptional computer skills, ideally intermediate knowledge of: MS TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Proven ability to prepare materials utilizing suite of Microsoft tools with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines
Strong analytical (budgeting / financial) and organizational skills
Demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
Preferred Qualifications

Post-Secondary education in a business-related field
Proven time management skills
Proven organizational, planning and prioritization skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
Experience with SAP, Workday and/or PowerBI
This position requires candidates to:

Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings, or training which would involve some overnight stays away from home
