JOB DUTIES
• Preparation of all sandwich ingredients including washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, proportioning and grating as per company guidelines;
• answering customer questions about menu items as required;
• attend to customer orders; neatly wrap customers sandwiches and/or place onto food baskets and trays;
• cleaning and maintaining all equipment required for food preparation and services
• operating a cash register to take orders, accept payment, give receipt and correct change
• stocking of products and/or beverages and keeping records of the quantity of food used
• stocking items in their respective places upon delivery.
• ensuring a clean and sanitized guest area, work surfaces/stations, backroom and prep areas as well as utensils;
• daily recording and maintaining food temperature log
• disposing of garbage;
• adhering to all food safety regulations while storing, preparing and serving food

WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 TO 2 YEARS of relevant work experience is required
Term of Employment: Full Time and Permanent
Location of Work: Biggar, SK
Wage: $14.00 per hour

Education: Secondary School Education (Certificate)
Required Skills and abilities: Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking, excellent customer skills, ability to lift and carry items, basic food preparation, basic cleaning and maintenance skills.
