We are looking for Full time position as Retail store supervisor. Please find the details below;

Salary: $21.00 to 23.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

The job responsibilities are described as :
-Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
-Assign sales workers to duties
-Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
-Authorize payments by cheque
-Order merchandise
-Authorize return of merchandise
-Establish work schedules
-Sell merchandise
-Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-Organize and maintain inventory
-Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
-Conduct performance reviews
