1271466 B.C. Ltd (dba. Bento Red Wasabi) at Prince George, BC is currently looking for experienced and professional full time Sushi cooks.

1) Position: Sushi cook (available: 2)
• Wage: $18/hour
• Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Working hours: 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
• Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income, gratuities

2) Job requirements:
• 1 ~ 2 years of cooking experience in relevant area or completion of program in cooking
• Completion of secondary school
• Language at work: English

3) Job duties:
• Prepare and cook Japanese food and sushi items on the menu
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Inspect and clean kitchen, food service and work areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
