Job Description

Position: Food Service Supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent)

Work Location: 1275 Pacific Blvd, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R

Working Hours: 30 – 40 hrs/week

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Position Available: 1

Duties and responsibilities:

– Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations

– Manage the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies

– Supervise and train service staff in sanitation and safety procedures

– Schedule and manage staff shift

– Oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food

– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– Completion of Secondary School

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a food service area is required

– Fluent in English
