Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise food service staff, including servers and kitchen staff
• Create work schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or corrective action when necessary.
• Handle staff conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure it is clean, organized, and properly set up.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and is delivered in a timely manner.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track food costs to maximize profitability.
• Train staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary School Diploma or above
• Proven experience in food preparation or service
• Must be self-motivated and customer focused oriented
• Have strong communication skills

Hourly wage: C$18-20/Hour
Weekly work hours: 30-40 hours/W
