Job Description

-Verify product at various stages of processing to ensure weight and temperature of finished product is incompliance with policies and regulations.
– Examine finished products by sight and feel to ensure compliance with company standards on finished product isacceptable. For example, tendon and shell in finished product.
– Verify with a calibrated weight the finished product scales are working properly.
– Notify Quality assurance Manager of any deficiencies with finished product
