A newly opened Freshly Squeezed location (operated by 1000845921 ONTARIO INC.) in New Sudbury Center is looking for a “Food Service Supervisor” to oversee the daily operations of the store.

You will be expected to work from the primary location at Unit 115 – 1349 Lasalle Boulevard, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 1Z2.

This is a full-time permanent position in which you are expected to work up to 40 hours per week. The primary language of the job is English, see the remaining details of this job below:

Duties:
• Oversee daily functions of the franchise location.
• Arrange the types of services and products to be offered to clients.
• Hire employees and supervise their training.
• Assign work schedules to staff and track their performance.
• Manage inventory, monitor revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed.
• Address customer complaints and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Arrange contracts with suppliers for necessary items.
• Arrange special service agreements with clients for catering services.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma required, a post-secondary diploma in business administration or management is preferred
• 2 years of experience working in food service industry is required
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills are essential for this role

Benefits:
• 10 days’ vacation and days off on statutory holidays per provincial and federal calendars
• Standard overtime policy: overtime pay rate of 1.5 of regular rate will apply for each hour of work performed in the week after the total of 44 hours.
