Job Description

Tommy Gun’s Original Barbershop – Abbotsford, BC is looking for six (6) Barbers (NOC: 63210-3)!
Work location: #102 – 1201 Sumas Way, Abbotsford, BC V2S 8H2
Wage offer: $20.00/Hour for 40 hours/week
Benefits: Dental and extended medical
Terms of employment: Permanent Term, Contract, Full-Time
Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Some barber/hairdressing training
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, effective interpersonal skills, client focus, dependability
Job Duties:
• Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences
• Shave and trim beards and moustaches
• May shampoo hair and provide other hair treatment
• Suggest hairstyle compatible with client’s physical features or determine style from client’s instructions and preferences
• Analyze hair and scalp condition and provide basic treatment or advice on beauty care treatments for scalp and hair
• Book appointments and order supplies
