Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Wage: $28.50/hour, 32 to 40 hours/week
Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff, ensure franchise policy
and standards are followed and maintained by staff.
• Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.
• Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage
• Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed.
• Prepare work schedule for staff.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
