This Opportunity:

We are looking to hire permanent full-time Sales Supervisor – Retail who is passionate about the retail industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our retail operations through supervision and upper management coordination. The ideal candidate will:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Order merchandise.
• Authorize return of merchandise.
• Establish work schedules.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
Skills Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
