1) Position: Baker (available: 2)
• Wage: $18/hour
• Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
• Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income per year, gratuities

2) Job requirements:
• 1 ~ 2 years relevant experience or completion of program in baking
• Completion of secondary school
• Language at work: English

3) Job duties:
• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate machinery
