Job Description:
Adco Pools Ltd. is seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of our pool construction projects. This role involves physical labor and requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist with leveling surface areas.
• Shovel, rake, and trench to prepare work sites.
• Assist equipment operators with moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities.
• Assist skilled workers as needed.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Clear the work surface from dust, debris, and obstructions.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Working Conditions:
• Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Repetitive task.
• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
