Automotive Sales Supervisor

Salary & Benefits
$21.00 hourly guarantee OR 25% commission per sale (profit) whichever is greater
40 hours per week
Permanent Full Time Employment
Day, Evening, Weekends

Responsibilities
Supervise Sales Staff
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Sells and Leases Cars and SUVs
Prepare Reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Organize and maintain inventory
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Conduct performance reviews
Maintain sales records for inventory control
Train staff
Set up and display cars and SUVs on the floor
Perform opening and closing activities

Requirements
High School Diploma
at least 1 year experience
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Excellent English language skills
Microsoft Office and CDK-Elead &180 Automotive Software knowledge is an asset
