Our core practice includes financial statements for Canadian Corporations, Partnership, Proprietorship, Charity, Not-for-Profit organization; computerized accounting in book-keeping and tax returns; payroll services; projected financial statements; WSIB returns; Canadian taxation services for Corporate Taxation & Returns, Personal Tax Returns, Charity Tax Returns, Not-for-Profit organization, HST Returns; Canada revenue agency correspondences; tax planning; and tax advice.
We are presently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong leadership, communications, and training Stability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
• Must have knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft word, excel, Power-point, Outlook, etc.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate using English language
• minimum 1 year to less two year of experience is required in this business
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions with directors.
• Manage and oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage financial reporting and provide regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company’s fiscal health. Identify financial risks associated with business
• Review and approve expenses to ensure they align with budgetary constraints.
• Identify financial risks associated with construction projects, such as cost overruns, delays, and market fluctuations.
• Coordinate audits and financial reviews as needed.
• Create budgets for construction projects, departments, and the overall organization.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies..
