Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Armstrong General Store

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Armstrong General Store! This part-time position requires availability from 3 to 10 pm on weekdays and weekends. When applying, please indicate how many days per week you prefer to work and your availability for weekdays, weekends, or both.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and point-of-sale purchases

Provide information about our products and services

Assist the owners with restocking and checking expiration dates

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products

Ensure that sales of lottery and tobacco are made only to individuals over the legal age to purchase

Maintain the availability of prepared food and beverages (currently drip coffee and soft serve ice cream)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is valued but not required

Ability to build rapport with customers and treat everyone who enters the store with consideration and respect

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor
