Hwa Won Restaurant is located at #401-100 School House St., Coquitlam, BC V3K 6V9. We are currently looking for permanent, full time a permanent, full time First Cook (Korean Chinese Foods). If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: First Cook
Wage: CAD$28.85/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook various Korean Chinese foods (Tang Su Yuk, Ja Jang Myeon/rice, Jjam Bbong, Jabchae, Rajogi, Palbochae, Yuringi, etc) and other items on the menu;
• Prepare special house sauces;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Assist with chef in planning menus;
• Train kitchen staff with respect to food preparation.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience;
• Korean Chinese food cooking experience an asset.
