Subway is looking for Full-Time Sandwich Artists (NOC 65201) for our Subway locations in Kelowna! This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum 32 hours per week, $17.40 to $18.65/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Take customers’ orders
• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances
• Portion, assemble, and wrap food for service to patrons, and package take-out food
• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
• Monitor stock levels
• Checking in deliveries
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Follow security & safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers
• Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway® brand and customer expectations
• Work as a team member
• Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales and catering for customer needs.
Job Requirements:
• On-the-job training is provided
• Previous experience in food service is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
