Job Description:
– Position: Cook
– Employer: 0743397 B.C. Ltd. dba Togo Sushi

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $17.62 – $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook the combination menus.
– Prepare and cook individual dishes on the menu, such as tempura, udon and teriyaki.
– Prepare various sauces and soup.
– Compose bento box.
– Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.).
– Clean kitchen and work areas.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience in this field OR,
Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program or college program for cooks OR other programs in cooking or food safety.
