Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Training will be provided as well.

Description:- At Real Canadian Pizza & Donair Inc, we are looking for a fulltime permanent Restaurant Manager. Must be able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. Training will be provided. May need to work independently.

Job Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Provide customer service.

Skills and Abilities:
• Organized, Reliable, Team Player, May need to perform repetitive tasks.
