Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff, ensure franchise policies are followed in food preparation and customer service.
• Hire and train new staff members.
• Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage
• Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
• Ensure good quality food and service is provided to customers
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed.
• Prepare work schedule for staff and monitor their performance.
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations.
• Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.
