Job Description

Our well-established farm, located at 492 Nettle Road, Oliver, BC V0H 1T2, is looking for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week Farm Supervisor to help with our daily operations.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Assign and supervise the work of general farm workers and labourers
• Supervise and monitor growing and other crop-related activities
• Supervise and monitor planting of farm products such as Apple, Cherry and Grapes
• Supervise and oversee operation of working machines
• Supervise maintenance of infrastructure and supplies
• Develop work schedule and procedures
• Ensure safety control and food hygiene
• Maintain quality control for the products
• Might undertake general farm duties.
Requirements:
• Secondary education is required, certificate or degree in agriculture is preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
Remuneration:
• $20.75 per hour for at least 40 hours per week
