Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: One years to less than 2 years as a Restaurant Assistant Manager is required

Job details:

Salary: $25.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Tasks:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and managing the overall areas of the restaurant
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, ordering, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
• Manage and lead crews while maintaining labor and speed of service goals
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in recruiting and training new staff
• Provide customer service
• Assist the Restaurant Manager to develop, implement and analyze budgets
