Job Duties:

• Greet Customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Present bill to patrons and accept payment from them.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Provide customer service
• Replenish cutlery, condiments and plates on the tables.
