Regional Account Manager

ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. As a member of the business development team, you will be responsible to pursue and develop business relationships as a key representative and liaison with industry stakeholders within the region. This unique role requires a combination of sales, account management and brand marketing functions.

What you will do:

Conducts all activities in accordance with ServiceMaster’s corporate objectives
Strategic Sales/business development plan and execution
Work closely and effectively with the Disaster Restoration team
Promote the DR business strategies and key program initiatives
Maximize efforts with insurance companies, brokers, property management and collateral markets.
Manages all program accounts and facilitates dispute resolution to conclusion
Ensures tracking of account assignments, reporting and sales results
Organize and participate in industry-related events to support regional and national marketing activities
Promote and coordinate regional client training opportunities and other related continuing education sessions (CE)
Assist with HO Regional Meetings and other business-related workshops
Provide a monthly update on account management, sales &marketing activity, meetings, and industry events/ functions
Utilize the customer contact database (CRM) supported by corporate office
Responsible to align, coordinate and maintain budget
Effectively manage promotional and marketing expenses

What you will bring:

Minimum 5 years sales and business development experience
Sales Training completion
Restoration and property insurance/ claims an asset
Excellent presentation and communication skills necessary
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation
Enthusiasm, energy, and punctuality
Strong computer skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle and have a willingness to travel
You must have a developed interest and experience in the field of damage restoration & insurance claims
