Osoyoos Pho Vietnamese Cuisine is looking for two (2) Full-Time Cooks (NOC 63200)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $18.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Assist in supervising and training kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Cook
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
