Job Duties:

• Load and unload construction materials and transport them to designated work areas.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using rakes and shovels.
• Assist in the demolition of buildings using prying bars and other tools.
• Sort, clean, and pile salvaged materials from demolition sites.
• Remove rubble and other debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Prepare and finish surfaces for concrete slabs and driveways.
• Clear work surfaces from dust, debris, and obstructions to ensure smooth construction processes.
• Provide assistance in other related activities as needed to ensure site stability and safety.
• Assist in drilling and blasting rock at construction sites.
• Perform other activities at construction sites as directed by supervisors, ensuring the overall progress and efficiency of construction projects.

Working Conditions:
• Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Repetitive task.
• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
