Job Description:
– Position: Cook
– Employer: JRG SP BREWING & PUB LTD. dba Stanley Park Brewing & Brew Pub
– Work Location: 8901 Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, BC V6G 3E2
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook completely for a variety of food on the brunch menu such as pizza, rice bowls, hamburgers, etc.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Prepare and make sauces for the meal on the menu.
– Oversee kitchen operations.
– Check and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of High school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of commercial cooking experience OR Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety.
