UNI Nails and Spa is looking for a Full-Time Nail Salon Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of UNI Nails and Spa
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Complete daily sales report and monthly sales report
• Manage booking services and assigning to the proper nail technician
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Ensure compliance with all labor and sanitation laws
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Track inventory and order supplies
• May also answer phone and email for service booking, answer general inquiries, resolve requests using knowledge and understanding in nail extension, manicure, and pedicure.
• May assist with data entry
Job Requirements:
• Completion of a college diploma or certificate as nail technician, business management, or related.
• Minimum 1 year of nail salon manager experience or related.
• Language in the workplace is English
We offer:
• $66,000 annual wage
