Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, establishing strong partnerships with our vendors, and leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including the creation of value propositions and insight-driven programs.
• Portfolio Management: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of annual marketing plans for our product portfolio. Continuously identify new opportunities to drive growth and market share.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with customer needs and company goals.
• Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with external business partners to achieve mutual business objectives and enhance market presence.
• Data Analysis: Utilize marketing data to analyze campaign performance, ROI, and market trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Vendor Relations: Understand partners’ and vendors’ business strategies and provide recommendations to strengthen relationships and maximize opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing management, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
• Working knowledge of operating ERP, CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
