Prepare and bake pizza dough, sauces and side dishes
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean, sanitize kitchen and work areas at all times
Manage kitchen operations-checking temperatures of ovens, freezers and refrigerators
Take customers’ orders
Food safety/handling skills
1 year experience in food industry
