Job Description

Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
2. Administering medications as prescribed by a physician.
3. Monitoring the client’s vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate, and reporting any changes to the medical practitioner.
4. Performing basic housekeeping duties such as laundry, light cleaning, and tidying up.
5. Preparing meals that meet the client’s dietary requirements.
6. Providing emotional support to the client and engaging them in social activities to improve their quality of life.
7. Maintaining records of daily activities, progress notes, and other relevant information.
8. Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and events as needed.
9. Ensuring the client’s safety and well-being at all times.
10. Acting as a liaison between the client and other healthcare professionals.

Required languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Required skills: Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Punctuality
