This Opportunity:
Subway is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada.Subway is looking to hire permanent full-time Food Service Supervisors who are passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations through supervision and upper management coordination. The ideal candidate will:

-Establish methods to meet work schedules
-Requisition food and kitchen supplies
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
-Address customers’ complaints or concerns
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Prepare and submit reports
-Establish work schedules

Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training
