Compensation: $26.10/ hour
Work hours: Minimum 35 to 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
• Greet all walk-in visitors, answer, and direct phone calls.
• Providing telephonic admin support to the clients and construction workers after office hours
• Maintain a neat and tidy reception area.
• Other administrative support including filing and photocopying is essential.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Enter notes into companies filing system.
• Reconcile purchase orders to actual billing.
• As a front-line worker, present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other interactions.
• Set up appointments, follow up with attendees, and manage calendar’s.
• Track courier, parking, and film costs for invoice approval.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all invoicing is completed in compliance with the Same Day Reno & Painter Standards to achieve weekly billing goals.
• Various duties as required by construction project.
Employment Requirements:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• 7 Months to 1 year of Experience will be required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced physically demanding and tight deadlines environment.
• Team player and highly adaptive to work in culturally diverse environment.
• Must have proficiency in English language both written and verbal.
