Quark Foods Ltd. dba A & W Restaurant located at Unit 1035, 5300 No. 3 Rd, Richmond BC is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a full-time and permanent position.

Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Minimum of 3 months of experience as a Food Service Supervisor is required

Job details:

Salary: $ 20.50 hourly for 30 – 40 hours per week

Tasks
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
