Cantina del Centro is looking for nine (9) Full-Time Line Cooks (NOC 63200-3)! This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $17.50/hour. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Assist in supervising kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes – Mexican cuisine
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of kitchen work experience
• Language in the workplace is English
