Job Description
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as udon, tempura, donburi and etc.
– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noodle for udon, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu.
– Supervise kitchen staffs and helpers

Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.

– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college, or other programs in cooking.
