About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator, Network Services will work closely with the entire National Programs team to support with various administrative duties such as organizing travel and team gatherings and maintaining internal databases. They will also support the various programs and events managed by the National Programs team and the administration and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring all network data is accurate and up to date.
What You Will Be Doing
• Scheduling internal and external team meetings, and site visits with the network and various stakeholders
• Supporting the team by completing administrative tasks for the National Standards Program, the Northern Program, and After the Bell, as assigned
• Processing food bank donations, tax clinics and grants, tracking progress related to the accreditation and grant reporting, standards submissions, and reports, and preparing documents for signing, and accreditation packages as assigned
• Organize and keep up to date files in the CRM and SharePoint, ensuring all important documents and agreements are uploaded consistently and in a timely manner
• Maintain all network data in the CRM system, ensuring the CRM is updated with current account and contact information for all food banks and agencies within the network
What You Will Need
• Minimum 2 years’ recent administration experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with CRMs and data entry
• Completion of a post-secondary college diploma program or equivalent in business, administration, or a related field, or a combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and familiarity with software and internet-based products
• Excellent writing skills with experience developing effective communication for a variety of audiences
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
Working Conditions
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work. This position is remote and may be based anywhere in Canada
• Occasional travel within Canada may be required
