Currently looking for strong Restaurant Managers for our brand-new, Indian street food concept, developed in partnership with Chef Vikram Vij from CBC’s Dragons’ Den!

Main Responsibilities:
 Supervising member relations including training & development, and recognition. As well as recruitment, and scheduling (as required).
 Promoting a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.
 Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest experiences.
 Ensure consistency of quality, portion control, and menu item presentation.
 Adhere to and enforces food handling/safety requirements.
 Ensure for and maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment.

Job Requirements:
 Supervisory/management experience working in a restaurant or retail store an asset.
 Passion for food, service, and hospitality.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 Strong team building skills.
 Local store marketing/fundraising participation.
 Proven ability on achieving results through others.
 Experience with ordering/counting inventory an asset.
 Local store marketing/fundraising participation.
