Job Description:

– Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation
– Positions Available: 1

Job Duties:
– Prepare dough and bake various baked goods and pies according to established recipes.
– Ensure quality of products meets established standards.
– Bake bread and cookies
– Adhere to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods
– Maintain an inventory record for baking supplies.
– Create a daily kitchen schedule.
– Monitor and maintain the proper oven temperature

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
– Experience: Completion of a three-or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or Completion of college or other programs for bakers OR over 1-2 years of experience as a baker is required.
– Language: English
