SAM’S CHAAT HOUSE & RESTAURANT LTD. is looking for 1 full time & permanent Restaurant Manager for their Restaurant.

Work Location:Work Location: 12477 88 Ave Unit 110, Surrey, BC V3W 1P8 Canada

Salary: $28.50/ Hour and minimum 30hrs/week.

Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations in a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, food or beverage service
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit, train and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules, duties and monitor staff performance
• Manage/control the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Address complaints regarding food quality or service

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or 2-3 years of work experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience is required.
