job duties:
• Supervise sales staff: hire and train, assign duties, prepare weekly work schedules, review performance
• Conduct morning team meetings to discuss sales goals, promotions, and priorities for the day
• Review sales performance from the previous day/week and set targets for the team
• Assist with customer service on the sales floor, addressing inquiries and providing assistance, as needed
• Conduct coaching sessions with sales associates, providing feedback and guidance on sales techniques
• Ensure outstanding customer service by resolving complaints promptly and fostering a customer-centric culture
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and develop strategies to drive sales growth
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Oversee inventory control procedures, maintain accurate stock levels, and order inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure visual image and cleanliness of the store

terms of employment: permanent full-time; 40 hours per week

employment conditions: morning, day, weekend

schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM). Schedule may change based on operational needs to accommodate peak seasons including weekend work. Flexibility in schedule is required.
