Chungchun Hotdog is a Korean street food chain with over 200 branches around the world.
Since our opening in Canada in 2019, we have had branches in Toronto, Quebec, Vancouver, Calgary, Manitoba and Halifax. Currently, the company continues to grow rapidly, expanding the business through franchises all over Canada.

We are looking for Food Service Supervisor to join our team and help grow the brand in Halifax.

Job Duties:
– Train new employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirement
– Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers
– Order ingredients and supplies needed for hotdog preparation
– Keep records of stock, sales such as amount, and cost of hotdog and hotdogs served and wastage
– Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees
– Maintain service meet quality control standards

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school; AND

Experience:
Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field

OR

One to two years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
