This Opportunity:
Freshii is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada. Freshii is looking to hire 2 permanent full-time Food Service Supervisors who are passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations through supervision and upper management coordination. The ideal candidate will:
·      Establish methods to meet work schedules.
·      Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
·      Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
·      Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
·      Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
·      Address customer’s complaints or concerns.
·      Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 1 year of experience
