Position: Retail Store supervisor (NOC 62010)

Wage: $23.5/hour, Permanent, Full-time, 32 hours/week

Bonus& Commission based on performance.
Job duties:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers, assigning duties to suitable staff to optimize productivity.
• Authorize payments and oversee merchandise returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Address any issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and inventory shortages, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to meet demand, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising performance, and personnel matters.
• Assist training of new sales staff, monitoring their performance and providing feedback as necessary to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure the store’s visual standards and image are maintained to uphold the store’s reputation, including managing store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
• Take on key holding responsibilities as required, including opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, and overseeing deliveries.
Experience and Education requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• At least seven months retail experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, or salesperson.
• Familiar with Japanese, Korean and Chinese beauty product is preferred.
