Key Responsibilities
1. Help move construction materials around for both commercial and home renovation jobs.
2. Assist in building houses, and putting up walls.
3. Make the ground level and smooth for better building.
4. Fix things that need regular maintenance.
5. Clean up any spills or messes safely.
6. Clear away any junk from construction areas.
7. Help direct traffic near renovation sites.
8. Read and understand building plans to know what needs to be done

Qualifications & Skills
1. Secondary school diploma is required; higher education will be an asset.
2. Capable of working extended hours enduring repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects.
3. Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts and travel for out-of-town
4. Diligent, patient, detail-oriented, and meticulous
5. Basic awareness of safety on construction sites and prioritize protecting people from injury
6. Can read building plans is an asset.
7. Mandarin speaking is an asset.

Job Location

Terms of Employment
Permanent; Full-time
Monday to Friday may need to work on Saturday depending on the project progress and adjust the schedule accordingly

Wage & Benefits
$25.00/hour, 30 hours per week, Permanent employment
WSIB will be provided
