Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time & Permanent
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% Vacation pay renumeration

Job duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hotfood suchs as udon, tempura, donburi and etc.
– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noddle for udon, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu
– Supervise kitchen staffs and helpers

Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school; AND

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking.
