Goodfarmer Tofu Products & Deli is currently seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Duties:

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food;
Ensure that food and service meet quality control and nutritional standards;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation;
Ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy;
May plan menus and determine related food and labour cost;
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
Prepare food order summaries for chef.

 
Qualifications:

 Completion of secondary or equivalent education is required
  1-2 years of related work experience
