Job Description

Duties and Responsibility:

· Handling customer complaints and resolving them. To Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.

· Taking food orders from customers.

· Handling, managing, and scheduling cooks, waiters, and other staff. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure the economical use of food and timely preparation

· Purchasing raw materials and other restaurant-related things.

· Handling cash and remitting into bank accounts.

· Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Required skills: Able to work in fast paced environment.
